Crime Solved - A Strawman - JFK

Well, I have spent a few weeks working on the JFK case. But I admit, I got help from tens of thousands of conspiracy buffs who have looked at all of the evidence many times, and have come up to their own conclusions. We also know that many researchers took a lot of time to get all of the primary witnesses on video tape depositions many of which were never transposed. I have read most of these analyses, reviewed original sources including video sources, and read the original transcripts from witnesses. What stands out to me in the cause, is that I believe most of the witnesses were honest, and told the truth about what they saw, heard, or believed based on where they were that afternoon.


But there was one witness who was the most credible, and that was in fact Mr. Bowers who was a corporate Vice President of Operations for the areas's largest business and likely could have only had that position with many years of successfully protecting his company from damage. Mr. Bowers was in charge of the train yard behind the Texas Book Depository. So in reviewing this cause I start with Mr. Bowers. Mr. Bowers said that he saw two men standing on the fenceline, and saw smoke rise up in their vicinity at about the time of the shooting, and that he had three shots, two of which were in close proximity, and one which began over his head very early. Video evidence however shows many more shots on film or in tangible form which has made the case much more difficult, and certainly confirms conspiracy.


These two men were seen by two other witnesses Gordon Arnold (A US Army new recruit), and a handicapped gentleman who was mute and used sign language to explain what he had seen of these two gentleman from the I35 overpass where he had parked to see the president. His description was significantly more detailed than anyone elses's which is about what you would expect for a handicapped person who has developed more skills in one area, than in others. The handicapped gentlemen worked for a major company, and he too would have to be treated as credible. He described a man dressed as a train worker who was a spotter for a man dressed in a business suit who actually took the shot that day from the grassy knoll using a rifle which had a barrel which unscrewed. (Such as an 1892 Winchester which has a detachable barrel). But unfortunately, if such a man did use a rifle from that distance he either missed or was using a load which was so light that it would have been hard to even get it on target at 50 yards, which was the approximate distance from the fence. Based on the autoposy results, the fact that the first lady was no hit, and that there was no exit wound on the other side of the head, the shot had to be taken from the front right of the car to have had that impact. That does not appear to be what happened from the Nix, and Zapruder films.


Mr James Files told the world that the shooter was in fact himself, but that he would not identify his partner who he suggested would cause him harm. So I think that's true. Mr. Files explained where he was and that he left his cartridge behind which was in fact found. So Mr. Files did in fact fire one of the two head shots seen on the presidents body from the exact spot that Mr. Bowers had seen. I believe however that the President's driver in Frame 312-314 appears to have pulled a handgun, and shot the president. The gun is clearly visible, and it was clearly aimed towards to the Governor, and the President. I think therefore that the true assasins were in fact James Files, and James Greer at the same time who both shot at about the same time using unsupressed firearms. This identifies most of the physical evidence I think. The President was shot in the right temple with an exit wound towards the back of the skull. From that range with a high velocity bullet it likely would have not resulted in the head wounds. Mr. Files shot however from the side or oblique right (The section of the fence matters) would have required either a flare gun or a special load from a remmington pistol which was not what the handicapped person saw. I therefore think he did not tell the truth. I believe the Zapruder and Nix films clearly show muzzle flashes both towards the car, and away from the car. I believe there were two there, one of which missed and ended up with a 45 caliber slug in the dirt on the other side of the street in Dealey plaza. One of which hit, and looked like it had an incendiary charge. I believe this was in fact a flare gun, and that's about what Gordon Arnold said he had saw "badgeman holding" a gun with a massive barrell is what he saw. A Flare gun would have created smoke, and would have an incendiary look which is what it appears we are seeing in z313. Multiple parties have shown ballistics where flare guns are very accurate inside 100 yards just like a pistol, and would have not been removed on a search. Under the law flare guns are not firearms.


So that's most of the problem in this cause. I believe Files, and Greer caused the death wounds and should have been prosecuted. One by admission.


Now whats missing well we have to identify the source and location of the first two shots one of which hit the president in the back with a downward trajectory according to the autopsy which would have been impossible from the front. Furthermore this wound did not have an exit wound in the front of the body. So we are dealing with a subsonic bullet with a very low speed impact from that range. Perhaps even a pistol from the 2nd floor of the daltex building with a special load and a silencer. Since the shot hit near the spine it would have resulted in the arms rising as we saw in Zapruder 313. But we have the same problem here as I think Governor Connolly was hit at about the same time as we have seen in the pictures. This is explainable with a 2nd shooter, or with a semiautomatic firearm. The only unusual person who was arrested in Daltex did have mob ties, and should have been held for further questioning. Furthermore many parties testified they had seen people on both the 5th, and 6th floors of the Texas Depository, but if LHO was on the ground floor they had to either be employees or Lee had to let them in. Or perhaps they were counter-sniper teams from the FBI which were there to protect the president. That was also the best place to protect the president as from that location all the shooting positions behind the retaining wall are clearly visible. (See pictures from the 6th floor window from JFK movie). In other words there is no way that someone could stand behind that wall and shoot at the president I assure you. Behind the fence was possible. From the shadows of the 2nd Floor of Daltex that might have been ignored and would have not been visible from a sniper scope from the train bridge.


So I think there were two shooters one on the 2nd floor of Daltex, and one in the Texas Depository I believe however they were silenced and using special ammunition. If a shot was fired by Lee's rifle which he presumably left home, then it was done by someone else, and this shot apparently hit Connolly. No bullet was found in the Presidents back, and no damage was found to the back seat of the limousine so this was definitely not an exit wound from the throat wound. Furthermore if the throat wound was an exit wound then the president would have been bleeding from the throat which he was not. Thus the single bullet theory is simply not true. Its not possible from the blood evidence.


Lastly, there were two shots from the front of the vehicle one which hit the grill, and the 2nd which hit the president.

A Straw Man – Our Version of the Oliver Stone Answer…..

As the presidents motorcade reached the top half of the lower section of Elm Street, a shooter parked in the adjacent parking lot from Mr. Bowers shot with a 45 caliber slug, and hit the front grill of the car missing low with a silenced weapon. At about the same time, an attempt to shoot the president from behind occurred which missed, and hit a gentleman standing in front of the train bridge.

Following this shot, the Secret Service Turned to look behind them at a sound from an unsuprresed firearm which was heard by most of the crowd and Mr. Bowers. They all said it sounded like firecrackers meaning it was probably suppressed but using supersonic bullets. A second shot was fired from the front which hit the front glass, and hit the president in the throat with a bullet fragment which did not exit his body with the rest of the bullet going into the floor in front of the president and was recovered at a very steep decent, which meant that bullet was also not traveling that fast, and which meant it was also subsonic and easily deflected. (If the bullet went through his neck, and out his back it would have embedded in the grill or the front panel of the chase car - which it might in fact have done because one of the agents said he knew the president had been shot, and he couldn't see him except the back of his jacket). He would only have known if his car had been hit, or if he could see the presidents jacket which he must have been staring at. (Zapruder - 254) which is right before Altgens 6 which is the key piece of evidence along with the Zapruder film, and Nix.

The straw man puts two shooters in front (Files, and someone in the adjacent parking lot on the northbound side of Commerce Street) - See Altgens 7 which we are presuming to be Tippett at this point in time as he was definitely in the area at the same time. If the shooter on front right was not in the parking lot, he was on I35 on the median watching the president from further south, and would have a clear shot at the right angle. I discount this however as the trajectory is down, and although would have worked would have had a bullet entering the trunk on the exit wound. There does appear to be a scuff on the back side of the trunk from the pictures but its from the wrong side, and it does appear the extra wheel cover has another nick. It is possible the front bullet did exit the presidents throat, leave his back, and then hit the tire cover on the back of the car which was dead center. I don't think this is likely.

The straw man puts two shooters behind, one in Daltex 2nd floor for the shot to the president(single shot), and two shots fired from Texas Depository which is inline with the Hulls found one of which hit Connolly, the other missed and hit the gentleman standing in front of the bridge. Only two of the three were fired, and one was damaged and would have not gone into a gun according to the FBI.

So we have four shooters in total, plus the driver himself which is five. A true conspiracy.

The shooter in the Texas Depository was a heavyset man according to several witnesses with a high brow and glasses. So we have a general description of him. Unfortunately only two of the five were caught or confessed(Greer/Files), and one stopped but not detained and one presumably killed (Tippet), and one which got away. But the other three did not murder the president, they only tried to and we could not connect them so not a conspiracy just five individual gunmen who all wanted the president to expire. Two of which were successful at about the same time, and were either caught or confessed. The murderers however were caught. James Files told the truth. And the three who tried, and failed well we didn't make martyrs of them, and they did not get credit for their crimes. Justice served to die without fanfare.

We are pretty sure that Greer actually killed the president he was badly wounded before but not dead.
